ST. JOSEPH - Janet Haggerty, 89, St. Joseph, formerly of Hoopeston, died at 10:24 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 11, 2024) at Heritage Health Therapy & Senior Care, Hoopeston. Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Anderson Funeral Home, 427 E. Main St., Hoopeston.

My sympathy to the entire Haggerty Family So very sorry to find out Mrs. Haggerty pasted away in Aug.
I was her teacher helper at Cooper Elementary School and was invited to her wedding, which was so impressive to me at my young age. She was such a wonderful person, and we have been in touch all these years. My heart is very heavy and sad, and I will miss her Christmas letters and emails.

You and Dolores were our favorite baby sitters when we were young. My parents ( your Aunt Ann and Frank Jacob´s ) were very fond of you too!!! R.I.P Janet was my first cousin.
