I am currently a staff chiropractor with the VA in Loma Linda CA and Al Adams is essentially the reason why. Without Al's leadership at LACC/SCUHS in the 1980-90's the resources I had access to would never have been available- I cannot think of a more competent individual that have come across in my 30 years of education/practice than Al- he will be missed

I am greatly saddened to hear about Alan's passing. Throughout my life, Alan has stood as the admirable model of "doing it right." He is missed.
I am further saddened to reflect on how events that motivated me to leave Dallas also deprived me of knowing Alan, you, and your family longer and of being nearby, during this time. I have missed you all.
Please accept my condolences. Please accept my apologies.
Love,
Phil Graves
