Allene Rose Hines, 95, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. She was born on Wednesday, November 5, 1919 in Tarkington Prairie, Texas, to Albert Ross Ballard and Minnie Jane Smith Ballard, both of whom have preceded her in death. Allene was also preceded in death by her Spouse, Joseph P. Hines, son, Joseph P. Hines, Jr., brothers, Albert Ross Ballard, Jr., Billy Ballard, Frank Ballard, Jimmy Ballard, sisters, Maxine Parrish, Martha Russell.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Dorothy Partridge and husband Larry, Daniel Hines and wife Barbara; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Hines Wynne; granddaughters, Cindy Jo Shew and husband Dennis, Susan Mancuso and husband Ed, JoAnna Jameson and husband Harold, Gretchen Hines; grandson, Travis Hines; great-granddaughters, Candice Roberts and husband Greg, McKensie Jameson, Hallie Jameson, Courtney Shew, Olivia Mancuso; great-grandsons, Craig Shew and wife Laura, Cameron Shew, Sam Mancuso; great great-grandchildren, Carter Roberts, Taylor Tullos, Talan Shew, Mia Shew; special cousins, Steve and Julie Ballard special family friends, Stan and Gloria Jones and their sons Mark, Matt, and Scott; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Allene will be held at Neal Funeral Home on June 26, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Services for Allene will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 4:00 pm. Interment for Allene will immediately follow at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery.

She was one of the most loved and trusted people cherished by the students when I was in high school in the 60's due to her genuine caring attitude. She never changed and retained that sweet disposition and never seemed to age in her twilight years. I will miss her.
