Mr Penny was one in a million and kept up with all his neighbors. We all loved him. My last memory of Penny was a week before he passed away. We were visiting at a neighbors garage sale. Another neighbor stopped by on his scooter. Penny asked if he could take it for a drive and off he went speeding around the park with a huge smile on his face! .God bless you Penny!

Oh, how we loved Penny! Always had a smile on his face. Sweet and caring. Loved by so many. We will miss him, dearly.
