Debbie Kay Vann, 56, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at her home in Cleveland, TX. She was born on Saturday, May 23, 1959 in Hereford, Texas to Martin Lacey White and Doris Lee Irene Francis White, both of whom have preceded her in death. Debbie was also preceded in death by sister, Bobie Jo Roberts. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 41 years William Riley Vann; daughters, Jennifer Faith Vann Clifton, Tiffany Nichole Vann Nye and husband John; brothers, Martin Lee White and wife Gina; Roy Dean White and wife Anita; sisters, Betty Lou Rosekrans and husband Arnold, Doris Ann Townzen; Grandchildren, Trenton Riley, Kirsten Nichole, Johnny Ray, Gaven William, Derek Alan, Kensley Mary-Kay, Kaylee Michelle; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Debbie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on November 24, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for Debbie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 10:00 am. Interment for Debbie will immediately follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Bro. Chad Sangster, Rusty Weaver officiating.
