The years never get easier. We've got 3 kids and another on the way (but I know you guys still keep up with us). Adrian, our oldest, we used your name as his middle name - Adrian James. He's bonkers, they all are, but they're amazingly awesome. We are still digging through boxes from you and grandma - a little emotional. I hope you and grandma and grandpa and K. Lawrence are having a grand time in Heaven. Sorely missing you all. Xoxoxx.

Uncle James, I already miss you so much. Thank you for starting to fix my lawnmower, thank you for helping me stand up for myself, for showing me right, and wrong, and just stupid fun, thank you for helping watch over me. And you're probably telling me not to cry. Everything won't be the same anymore, but I know you'll continue watching over us. To everyone else, yes, this is hard, but let's just think of our life, searching for things, for meaning, for answers, as a giant treasure hunt. Never stop learning, because there's always a lesson to be learned. And never stop fighting for what you truly believe in.
