Jo Strickland Obituary
Jo Ann Strickland, 74, passed away March 28, 2016 in Kingwood, TX. Jo Ann was born December 6, 1941 in Emhouse, TX, to Curtis Ophelia "Ma" and J.D. Marriott, who both preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by the greatest grandson, Robert Ryan Strickland; brothers, Norman Marriott, Robert Marriott, and Jerry Marriott;sister-in-law, Connie Marriott.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband of 54 years Marlin Strickland; 3 sons, Robert Strickland, Lester Strickland and wife Missy, and M. Shane Strickland; brother, Weldon Marriott and wife Wilma; granddaughters, most precious and most beautiful Leann, Kaylan and Macy Strickland; mother-in-law, Billie Strickland; sisters-in-law, Jo McCurdy and Elaine Marriott, as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 11am to service time at 1pm at Rosewood Funeral Home, Porter, TX.
