7 years? You still visit me in my dreams. I wake up smiling on those days. You were mostly a quiet person but when you did say stuff, it stuck in my memory. I wish you could see where I am now and hopefully you'd be proud.

I can't believe it's been 6 years since you died, pawpaw. It's so weird not calling you to fix things for me. I need you to fix my vacuum cleaner right now. Your picture lies on my mantle and your love resides in my heart. The impact you made on my life is here everyday. I strive to be the granddaughter that you wanted me to be. I won't ever forget that. I love you.
