John Warmuth Obituary

John Joseph Warmuth, Jr., 70, of Humble, TX passed away from ongoing health issues on November 25, 2022. John was born in Tulsa, OK on January 31, 1952 but crawled to Texas as soon as he could. John, lovingly referred to as Johnny, was born to John Warmuth & Marilyn Smith (Dean) and was preceded in death by his sisters, Sheri & Christie. He is survived by his daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren, stepbrother, nephew, and numerous others including his one "democrat friend." Johnny spent more than 40 years working in the oil & gas industry and was proud to have traveled the world. He was an avid story-teller and at least half of them were true. When his body would let him, Johnny loved riding his Harley through the Hill Country. He was a notorious prankster, avid cigar smoker, and lover of blues music and a good time. Above all, Johnny had a generous heart. You always knew where you stood with him. If he loved you, it was unconditionally. If he didn't, you knew that, too. Johnny left an indelible mark on everyone he met and the world will no doubt be a little dimmer without him. A Celebration of Life TBD sometime in future.
