Norman Wayne Tabor, age 72 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016. He was born March 29, 1944 in Edinburg, Texas to parents Garland and Leota Preble Tabor who preceded him in death along with his wife of 24 years, Mary Tabor; wife of 19 years, Vemba Tabor; sisters, Roselea Henicke, Barbara Tabor, Kathy Tabor and Mary Ellen Tabor.
Survivors include his daughter, Deborah Rasberry; son, Greg Tabor and wife Jennifer; sisters, Roberta Tabor and Joe, Leota Jane McCleney and husband Jimmy, Shirley Horn and husband Greg; brothers, Frank Tabor and wife Margarete, Elbert Tabor and Sharon, Garland Butch Tabor and wife Mary, Donald Tabor and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Megan Lowery and husband Cade, Kimberly Rasberry, Rebecca Rasberry, Trevor Tabor and Hailey Tabor; numerous other family and friends.
Services will be held at 8:00 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
