Pamela Gholson Obituary

Pamela Jayne Gholson, loving mother and devoted wife of 31 years, passed away on August 17, 2022. She was 63 years young. Pam, or "Pammy" to some, was born on October 18, 1958 in Hartford, Connecticut to Wilfred and Kathleen LeBlanc and was the youngest of three daughters.

Pam graduated from Bay Path College in Massachusetts in 1978 and relocated to Houston, Texas in 1979, where she worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and raised her family. Pam enjoyed spending her spare time decorating her home, attending Jazzercise, and showering endless love and attention on her seven grandchildren. Her love of life radiated to all that met her. Not one individual who came to know Pam did not want to spend an hour or a day or an afternoon visiting with her. She welcomed all with open arms.

Pam is survived by her husband, Ralph A. Gholson, Jr., her children - son Brett LeBlanc and wife Mary, daughter Lane Gregory and husband Brandon, daughter Abby Grasshoff and husband Brian, stepson Eric Gholson and wife Kelly, and stepdaughter Randi Hartin, her grandchildren - Maddie, Edee, Caiden, Alley, Carson, Noah and Cooper, her sisters - Betty Ann Kurth and husband Gary, and Karen LeBlanc, numerous nephews and nieces and many other family members who will miss her dearly. Pam will be lovingly received in Heaven by her parents, Wilfred and Kathleen LeBlanc.

There will be a memorial service held in her honor at the Atascocita United Methodist Church on September 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. for all friends and family followed by a private interment ceremony for family members.

In lieu of flowers and in remembrance of Pam, the family respectively requests a donation be made to 89.3 KSBJ God listens radio station.
