Robert Lowe, 83, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born on Tuesday, September 6, 1932 in Wheeling, Missouri to Wilmer Weckman Lowe and Katherine Louise Utter- Lowe, both of whom have preceded him in death. Robert was also preceded in death by his spouse, Nadine Lowe, his children, Sheila Raye and Shelly Gaye Lowe; brothers, Lawrence and Marshall Lowe. Left to cherish his memory are his loving children Robert Jeffery Lowe and wife Susan, Sheree Lowe, Barry Jean Lowe and Terry Dean Lowe; Karen Myers Cameron, Steve Myers, John Myers and wife Sherry, Andy Myers and wife Sandy, Melissa Myers Butler and husband Dennis; brother, Jimmy Lowe and wife Donna Sue; sister, Kathleen Louise Limkemann and husband Donald;
grandchildren, Jennifer Elaine Wheeler and husband Cory, Mike Lowe and wife Katie, Brooke High and husband Jamie; Christine Duprow and husband Dave, Rieanne Brinkman and husband Brian, James Myers and wife Kaleigh, J. Blake Myers and wife Britney, Lauren Myers, Andrea Myers Dowler and husband Sean, Brooke Myers Schreckhise and husband Aaron,
