Wayne lived his life through God for his family. He also served his country and touched many lives with his special abilities of showing love.
Those of whom he has left behind will miss him immensely- Son Bryan Lowell, Daughter-in-law Denise, Grandsons Joshua and Jason, daughter Kathryn, wife Delores, step son Jacob, sister Ruth and many, many others.
