William Parker Obituary
Graduating from the University of Houston with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, he worked in the Apollo space program and transitioned from that to solid waste management, and retired while working in the medical waste disposal business.
He served in the U.S. Army Combat Engineers and was honorably discharged as a 1st Lieutenant in 1959.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 32 years, Diane. He is survived by his 3 children, Matthew, Anne and Thomas; and many friends who touched his life.
Bill and Diane enjoyed the quiet country life in the town of Montgomery where they retired in 2008.
Bill was very active in the life of The First Presbyterian Church in Conroe and was blessed with the members' love and friendship.

Iam very saddened to learn of your passing Mr.Bill and will always remember the night the Astros won it all. You were so excited. My condolences to the family. Mr.Bill was as fine of a Man as you will ever know, a great example to whom to look up to. "Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, do not discourage for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go".

Our entire family will miss Bill Parker, affectionally called Mr. Bill by our sons. John worked with Mr. Bill at BFI for over ten years. We attended the same church for numerous years and shared many holidays and other events. The greatest gift Mr Bill gave us was love, devotion, honesty and integrity. He will be greatly missed by the Love family. Rest in Peace Mr. Bill♥
