I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Chris was a hell of a guy! I wish had gotten to know him sooner. We had a lot in common. Thinking of your family...

I was in total shock to hear of Chris' passing. Chris was 3 years younger than me. We went to church together for several years. His mother was kind to me and gave me rides to church when we were young kids. I hadn't seen him in years cause they had moved to Red Bud IL. We caught back up at Church activities in our High School years. We lost connection again. He came back to Herrin IL. He had went to a video store. He recognized my step sister who worked there and she told him where I worked. My co workers had him hide and they told me some guy was there looking for me. I said well I hope he is good looking one. Then he steps out from behind the wall. I was like CHRIS. He later tells me he was going into the Service. I said good. We lost track of each other again. Then came FB, we reconnected a few years back. I honestly hadn't spoke to him in like 6/7 yrs.
Prayers for his wife Tracy, the kids and grandkids, May the Lord be with you all during this difficult time. RIP UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN CHRIS.

I was fortunate enough to work with Chris for a handful of years during his time in Tennessee; we even experienced a roll-over together in a fire department pickup. Salt of the Earth and funny dude. RIP, gone too soon.
