To all of the Harvath Family,
Joe was one of my father's (Elvin Richard-Roseville, MN) BEST FRIENDS from their childhood days in Niagara, WI. He spoke of Joe often and remained close despite living miles apart, until the day the Lord called Joe home on Sun, March 4. Joe and Norma meant alot to both my father and my mother. I would like to extend my condolences to the entire Harvath family in your time of grief. I think it's special that My parents and Joe and Norma have stayed so close for so long.....
May God Bless you all. And know that Joe is now up in heaven with our Lord and Savior.
