Gary, Dan and Kevin,
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Ellen. She fought this battle with her strong Irish spunk and spirit we all knew and loved. With the help, loving care and compassion of her family she was where she wanted to be these last few months. I will always treasure my memories with Ellen-our many shopping trips to Syracuse,Saratoga,Vestal and many more. Our trip to Texas together was filled with fun & laughter. Ellen could always make you smile & laugh. Her laugh and the twinkle in her Irish eyes were so uniquely Ellen. Ellen loved our family dog "Angel Baby" as only Ellen called her. Angel could tell of Ellen's love for dogs. Ellen has been a special part of my life here in Binghamton , I will miss her. She will forever be in my heart. Rest in peace Ellen, you will be remembered always.
With heartfelt condolences to all in Ellen's family.
Love, Dody,Dick,Greg and Melanie Abbe

Gary, Dan, Kevin
You lose a wife, a mom, an Irish gal. We lose a friend who gave it her all. So much missed will be her Irish eyes, her Irish smile, and her love for her Irish culture. She meant much to our family, and was so giving. She always enjoyed gatherings at the White House, watching how crazy it really can be with 8 kids.... and NO we are not the Waltons, even though she would suggest it. We all will miss her so much.
A spirited woman with much to celebrate, who kept highly involved in the neighborhood, and would do so much for so many. I enjoyed taking her Target shopping, when she could no longer drive....... she knew how to spend a buck (or two). LOL
Heartfelt condolences to Gary, Dan, and Kevin, Margy too. Margy, thank you for being there to help guide your sister.

A gift is more valued when you no longer have it. Ellen you are a gift.

Love and Prayers,
Ed and Cindy White (okay Ellen would want me to list them all)
Ryan, Jacquelyn, Megan, Kristin, Dustin, Morgan, Lauren, and Kathryn
There........ that made her day!

To the family and friends of Ellen,
I was so saddened when read this online today. Ellen was such a great lady, with spirit, spunk and love all in one. We had many laughs at Curves when it was open on Front St, the dance studio and my parents house, when Ellen helped out my mom with my dad. Thank you so much Ellen for being so very sweet to all of us; May God Bless you as you so richly deserve.
With heartfelt sympathy
