Jack Wayne Spohn
of Endicott
Jack W. Spohn, 53, passed away at Lourdes Hospital on Sunday, March 1, 2009. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Loyde and Winifred Barnum Spohn. Jack is survived by his wife, Cindy; children, Ashley and Amber Spohn; grandchildren, Kaydynn and Ameeria; brothers, James (Sereta) Spohn and Jerry Spohn; nephew, Jason Spohn and family.
