My thoughts and prayers are with you everyday, and especially so as we approach the 13th of February. So many things make me think of Mark, and I'm so grateful to have shared just a little time of his life - I sing a little louder, I play my once dusty piano, and I try to feed as many hungry people as I can. Its the best I can do, and it helps.
God Bless and Shalom,
Connie

I remeber many years ago on Easter when you met me on the sidewalk near my home on Ross St., Mrs. L., and you gave me a blessing. Now is your time for a blessing from God and this is my prayer for you all.

Dear Lepkowski family,
I worked with Mark on occasion professionally (via GCSS) and our USAF Special Ops team was deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing. He was a friendly, intelligent, compassionate man who never hesitated to take time to explain how things work. We all wish you the best in your time of grief... please rejoice in all he's give you and the world.

Frank, Joanne and all the Lepkowski family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. My family use to get together with yours when I was growing up. I remember several picnics we had together when we lived in Owego. In recent years, we became friends with a family in our neighborhood, Richard and Laura Eads. They had lived in Owego and were friends of your family. They told us of the tragedy.
May the peace of Christ sustain you all.
Fondly,

I haven't seen Mark since high school all those many years ago but remember his smile and music to this day. May God keep your family close to his heart and give you comfort during these dark days.

Dear Frank and Joanne,
Pat and I send our sincere sympathy over your sudden loss.
From all that I read, Mark, was quite accomplished and gifted in many ways. I couldn’t help but note that some referred to his sense of humor. I can say that he got a great deal of that from his dad who always was upbeat and smiling too.
Again our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Mark's family and friends. I was also a high school classmate of Mark's . I remember him being quite the musician and very smart. We were seated next to each other during the SAT' exam. What a thing to remember.
I heard of his accomplishments as an Air Force pilot and have thought of him often over the years, especially when seeing a fighter jet above.
After reading Mark's obituary, it seems he was a godly man who inspired both young and old for a closer relationship with our Saviour Jesus Christ. I pray that God's comfort and grace will find all that mourn for the loss of Mark.
warmest aloha,
Charlie Price, OFA class of '79

Dear Uncle Frank, Aunt Joann and Family. May peace and love surround you at this very difficult time. Although it's been several years, I have many childhood memories of when our families spent days together in the summertime on Lake Erie. Mark had a great sense of humor and music seemed dear to his heart. Sorry we could not be there to share in your sorrow. We only found out the news this morning. Much love and many prayers. Patti and I send our deepest condolences at your loss.
Mark was special and so full of adventure. I recall being the adult sponsor of his and my son Ricks entry in the old "Owego to Nichols raft race" when they were about 12. They built the raft and I thought for sure we would sink before the finish line...we didn't.
I have fond memories of his playing at St Pats mass. He will live on through his music and the pleasure it continues to bring.

I met Mark in 7th grade, and we were were jammimg together all through High School. There is a short clip of us on YouTube under "OFA Class of 79". He's at the piano, and I am on the drums. Always during lunch break in the band room.
When we threw our caps in the air, I left Owego and lost touch with so many friends. It's only after losing Mark I learn that he was a creative and talented community-minded person that lived an active life and was well loved by all that knew him.
My deepest thoughts and prayers go up to his family and friends in this very sad time of loss.
We shall jam again one day, my old friend...

Mark has always meant the world to me in so many ways. His vibrant personality always sparked excitement whenever we met up with each other in our lives.
Sharing time with Mark and his folks on Sunday after church continues to be warm and comforting. We'd have dinner then play cards afterwards just like clockwork. Yes, once in awhile I'd win! Being a part of Mark's creative life whether it be seeing various works in progress like the rock climbing wall he created in his home or listening or playing music together was totally amazing.
As many, at this time I am feeling a huge void that I will do my best to fill up with with the fondest of memories I've been able to have. My deepest condolences to the Lepkowski family. As you always have, stay strong and thank you for being a part of my life.

I have known Mark for a long time and have an office next to his. His sense of humor was off the charts. He would sometimes play his guitar during lunch and attracted so many people, they would not fit into his office. Several years ago I took Mark for a ride in my Shelby Cobra replica at over 100 mph and he had the biggest smile on his face. Last summer I took him for a ride in one of our club gliders (an airplane with no motor) and he did all of the flying after we got off tow. He was thinking about joining the club this next summer. Mark was an amazing man and I will miss him. I am very sorry for your loss.
