She was the wife of Raymond E. Knarr Jr.
Sandra was born in West Reading and was the daughter of the late George E. and Dorothy M. (Noll) Stichter.
She was an honor graduate of Pace Institute and did secretarial work for Berks County Learning Disabilities Association.
Sandra was a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Perry Township.
She worked for 20 years for the former General Battery Co., Reading. Sandra worked many years doing medical transcripts for the following: Women's Clinic and Cardiology Associates, both of West Reading, and Bornemann Psychiatry, where she also served as office coordinator.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Daniel M. Kepner Jr., Shoemakersville; Samuel L. Kepner, Reading; Richard K. Sr., husband of Nancy J. Kepner, Shoemakersville; Thomas J., husband of Delores Kepner, Easley, S.C.; Suann, wife of Wilson Ludwig, Reading, and Jennifer D., wife of Michael Konnick, Hamburg; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her pets at home.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m. from Zion's Lutheran Evangelical Church, 354 Zion's Church Road, Shoemakersville, PA 19555. A viewing will be held in the church Friday from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. Burial will be private in Spies Zion Cemetery, Alsace Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave., Reading, PA. 19605 or the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA. 19508.
