I would like to express my sympathy to you all. I spent many wonderful hours in your home as a child, and your parents always made me feel welcome. I remember on one occasion your Dad taking Theresa and me to see a show at OCCC and making me feel like I was a princess. He was a special man who I'm sure has left a wonderful legacy through his children & grandchildren.

I was a member of the faculty under Bob Novac for many years. He was gracious, friendly, honest, fair, respectful and treated me as an equal. He was a nice man and I will remember him fondly. How very sad to see him leave us.

First let me express my deepest sympathy to the entire Novak family. I had the pleasure of first meeting Dr. Novak at OCCC and then working with Bob at Otterkill CC but I never knew the depth of the man. It turns out the querky stories told to a young man are more appreciated now as an adult. Rest easy my friend, it has been a pleasure having you in my life.

I had taken Dr Novaks geography classes while I was a student at OCCC. I still love geography and remember those classes fondly. He was a great teacher both in and out of the classroom. He will be missed.
