Dear Mike and kids,
Jane will stay forever in our hearts. She was such a warm and welcoming neighbor - much appreciated when we first landed here. The life of the block, always smiling, always ready to help, always caring about others. How lucky we ALL were to have had her in our lives. Much love, the Diaganas.

Sincere condolences from the California Citizens Redistricting Commission. Jane was our first chair and a valued colleague. She served the people of California with her high values and dedication. Our current statewide election district maps (all passed unanimously by the Commission) are a direct legacy of Jane's work.

I am incredibly lucky to have met Jane and to have sat next to her during our softball pizza nights. There is no better conversationalist or wit on the planet. She raised kind children who each developed their own special light (yes Mike helped too). Her light will always be the brightest.
