1972 - 2025
Sep 28, 1972 - Dec 8, 2025
Christopher Michael Allbery died at the age of 53 on December 8, 2025, at Sacred Heart Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
Chris was born on September 28, 1972, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Ever since he was a little kid, Chris had an interest in sports cards (especially baseball) and any kind of sports memorabilia. He was a collector. As an adult, Chris worked in the collectibles field, branching out into buying and selling all kinds of collectibles, including coins and even Beanie Babies back in the '90s.
Chris was an ardent WSU Coug fan, as well as a fan of the Zags, and a proud graduate of North Central High School.
Chris is survived by his three children, Steven, Katie, and Tommy; his parents, Steve and Joan; his brother, Brett, and sister-in-law, Kristine; brother, Sean, and sister-in-law, Stacey; and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chris also leaves behind a core group of close friends, many of whom he had known since grade school or high school.
Chris was an organ donor. His final act of organ donation was a beacon of light for his family during a difficult time, knowing that in death, Chris had the potential to give the gift of life to others. Rest in peace, Chris. No services are planned at this time.

Steve & Joan and family,
I´m so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of babysitting the 3 boys in the summers and the years that my mom did. May you be comforted in the happy memories. Karen

Chris and I were co-workers and friends back in the late 80's and early 90's. He always made me laugh and was a solid guy! We continued our friendship through social media mostly over the years. A huge Coug's fan and sports fan indeed! He always had time to chat and cared about his family and friends. RIP buddy. God Bless Chris's children and family.

I am very very sorry for the loss of Chris. We were very close growing up in the early 80's. A few months ago he was a great comfort to me in chats, when my mom passed.
To his family I send my deepest condolences. I will always remember my friend Chris.
