JONES, Larry Byron

Was born May 11, 1964 in Spokane, Washington to Darrell Gene Jones and Emma Marie (Jones) Willis. He passed away on July 14, 2018 in Spanaway, WA. Larry was preceded in death by his father Darrell Jones, stepfather Donald Willis Sr., brother Lyle Jones, and stepsister Pamela Willis MacKenzie. He is survived by his mother Emma Willis, sister Connie Jones (Martin), daughter Christina Jones, stepbrother Donald Willis Jr. (Ann), stepsister Heidi Marskell, his significant other Angie Woods and her two sons Addison and Kayden, four uncles and three aunts, nine nieces and nephews and four great-nieces and nephews.
Larry started his plumbing career in Spokane, before moving to the west side of Washington State where he became a Commercial Licensed plumber. He worked on many high rise buildings in the Seattle area. He loved old country music and his co-workers could hear him singing daily while he worked. His interests included karaoke, dancing, trap shooting, bull riding (in his younger days), listening to bands and attending rodeos. Family was very important to Larry, and he cherished each of his family members. Larry enjoyed spending time at Waitts Lake, where he spent time both as a child and also in the past few years. Angie Woods was his partner for five years, and Larry loved her boys so much; he would always say "They are my boys!" Larry lived life to the fullest and was a true Good Samaritan on Earth. His family is certain he's now an angel at God's throne.
Larry Jones' memorial service will be held at Colbert Chapel, 4922 E. Bernhill Road, Colbert, WA on August 4th at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Colbert Chapel, in memory of Larry.
