Jonnie Jordan Obituary
Jonnie graduated from Robert E. Fitch High School. She worked in the hospitality industry as a server and bartender at the Groton Motor Inn and Sneekers Café.
Jonnie had two children, daughter Jordan Tamborra and son Kyle Niddrie.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Byles Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street in Groton. For more on Jonnie and donation information, please visit www.byles.com.

I worked with Jonnie in the 1980s at the Bonanza Steak House and followed her to The Ground Round. We had a lot of fun, all of us young women, at work and out of work. Jonnie was a big part of that. She had impeccable manners and was a very good waitress. My deepest sympathy to her children and family. It is a great loss to lose someone special like Jonnie before her time.

I love you my sweet JJ and I will forever miss you. My mornings will never be the same without your morning calls. We talked about anything and everything. Especially always talking about what we were making for dinner. You the gourmet cook and me the home cook. We have been like sisters most of our lives.
