Mia and family,
We were saddened to hear of your loss. You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers and we wish we could be with you in Ohio. May God's presence comfort and sustain you though this difficult time and may you find peace in knowing this separation is only temporary.

I am very grateful to have known "Big Dan" Bittinger. He was always a strong respectable Man that loved his wife and his kids. You know that he did a great job because they reflected that love back to him. The Bittinger family was so good to me growing up, and it's always a blessing for a young man,to have good men to look up to in this life. Big Dan was one of those men. As believers in Christ we have the hope that Dan is in an amazing place forevermore. And we will see our friend, father, husband again. In Christ we never say goodbye forever, but until we are with our Savior, we will mourn a while for this loss. But we do not mourn as those without hope. Thanks Dan for being a great example, for showing us how to love Christ, our wives and our kids. Prayers for the whole family.

with deep sympathy to the family of DANIEL ALBERT BITTINGER. When your heart is empty, filling it with happy memories can help, but God is our only hope for truly being happy, so take note in Him for his way lead to happiness ( Matthew5:4.

Uncle Dan was an amazing, steadfast man of God who dearly loved and cared for his family and anyone who was in need. I cherish all the fun times we had together at family picnics, Christmas Eve parties at Grandma and Grandpa Bittinger's house, 4th of July pig roasts at the farm, and sitting around the kitchen table laughing till we were sick. I love you, Uncle Dan, and I am praising Jesus that we will see each other again and have an even bigger family reunion in Heaven someday.
Sending my love and prayers also to Aunt Mia, Danny, Charles, and the rest of the family.

I will always remember Danny as my kind, handsome, helpful older cousin whom I always loved and respected. His passing is our loss and heaven's gain. He looked so much like our grandfather, Cass Hadley, his mother's father on whose farm he played and enjoyed childhood in summers spent there with the rest of us. My family and I continue to pray for you Mia and your boys with your loss. We all will see Dan again one day in heaven due to the wonderful promise of eternal life in our Lord Jesus Christ which guarantees us this.
