David Perry Beiter

RITNER, Ky. David Perry Beiter, 59, died suddenly July 16, 2003 at his residence in Ritner, Ky. Born March 29, 1944 in Troy, N.Y., David was the son of the late David L. Beiter. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth P. Beiter of Stillwater. He was a graduate of Union College in Schenectady and received his master's degree from the University of Kentucky. He taught at both RPI and the University of Kentucky. At the time of his death, he was the principal owner of Cave,Inc., providing property evaluations and guide services. David loved many outdoor activities including water sports and farming. He was an ardent spelunker. He owned a farm in Ritner, Ky. as well as homes in Grafton, N.Y and Byrdstown, Tenn. Funeral services were held in Ritner, Ky.
