Judy Fisher Obituary
Judy Coleman Fisher, 57, of Batesville, died Friday, August 15, 2008, at her home.
She was born September 2, 1950, in Albemarle County, to the late Charles W. Coleman and the late Arlene Keyton Coleman.
She was employed for 25 years with the University of Virginia Medical Center.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother; Donnie Coleman.
She is survived by a very lov-ing friend of 25 years; Wayne Sanford of Batesville, two sisters she raised as her own; Mary Via and her husband, Stanley, of Waynesboro, and Carol Coleman Glass and her husband, Lee, of Buckingham.
In addition, she is survived by several nieces and nephews; Nicky Bozga, Bradley Via, Step-hen Via, Anita Coleman Thom-pson and her husband, Teddy, Justin Craig and his fianc?, Lindsey, Brandon Craig and Katelin Glass, several great nieces and nephews; Destiny, Zachary, Cheyanne, Gabriel and a very special friend, Alice Baber of Buckingham.
The family has planned a private memorial gathering for Judy at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Piedmont, 2200 Old Ivy Road, Suite 2, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
