I knew Peggy when we attended Miami University, and later practiced before her in Municipal Court. No one was better suited for the bench than Peggy. She was a wonderful person and an outstanding judge. She will be truly missed. My heartfelt condolences go to her family.

I had the pleasure of working with this fine woman her first term on the munic court bench. Though she was clearly out of her element, she found her footing quickly. Peggy always treated everyone with respect, listened to what they had to say and made a decision after hearing the arguments and not before hand.
In later years I rarely came across her but when I did, she always had a smile and stopped for small talk. She was a wonderful person and I am saddened to have lost this colleague. My prayers to Tom and the family

Hello,
Peggy married my husband Lem and I on our front porch 6 years ago. She served as our mediator in our annulment process. She always responded to our questions and concerns in a kind and skillful manner. I will miss seeing her bright and concerned face at Newman Center mass. We will pray for you as you travel through this difficult time.
