Timothy William Gentry, affectionately known as Timmy, passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 52. Born on October 23, 1973, Timmy was a vibrant soul. A proud alumnus of Irquois High School, he embarked on a successful career as an entrepreneur, channeling his innovation and business acumen into various ventures throughout his life.
Timmy had a profound love for creativity, which he expressed through his writing and drawings. His artistic talents were matched only by his enthusiasm for storytelling, particularly through Norse-themed movies and television shows—interests that reflected his passion for history and mythology.
He leaves behind a cherished family, including his beloved daughters, Brittany Shorey and Ashley LeSane, who were a source of great pride and joy in his life. Timmy was also a devoted grandfather to his grandchildren: Olivia Grace Shorey, Brandie Anna Shorey, Anne Pace, Abbigail Pace, Alexis Pace, and Landon Pullen. Each of them held a special place in his heart, and he took immense joy in their accomplishments and adventures.
In addition to his immediate family, Timmy is survived by his nephew Dakota Young and Dakota's wife Kristin, along with their children Trea, Addilyn, and Addisyn. The bonds he created within his family will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Timmy’s legacy will endure through the love he cultivated and the artistic expressions he shared. He will be profoundly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched with his kind spirit and generous heart. Cremation has been chosen.
