Aline A. Raphael

Aline Andros Raphael, 82, of Granby, passed away peacefully at her Granby, CT home
on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Irving A. Raphael for 49
years. She was born in Farmington, CT.
In addition to her husband Irving, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law,
Thomas and Dawn Raphael; her grandchildren, Alexander Raphael and Sebastian
Raphael; her sister, Annette Akers; her brother, Patrick Andros; her sisters and
brothers-in-law, Claire and Kenneth Lemanski, Lea-Anne and Vincent Richard. Her
brother Joseph Clyde and wife Janice Andros. Her sister-in-law Francine Andros and
brother-in-law Larry McComb; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased
by her mother, Lea Plamondon Andros; her father, Joseph Clyde Andros; her infant
sister, Aline Alma Andros; her sisters, Marie-Louise Morin and Marietta McComb; her
brothers, Jude Andros and Francis Andros; and her brothers-in-law, Gil Morin and Tom
Akers.
First and foremost, Aline was a true disciple of Jesus Christ. She spent time each day
studying the Word, praying and worshiping with songs. A committed daughter, sister,
aunt, wife and mother, she made the most of every day. She owned and operated Aline's Cleaning Service for over twenty years and her "retirement" was filled with painting, photography, hiking, kayaking and various other artistic endeavors. Throughout her life, she was the loving Mom to many dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, chickens and geese. She was loved deeply by her family and made a tremendous impact on her community.
