Mrs. Jill Kristine Olson Hartley, 69, of Dewy Rose, GA, formerly of Salt Lake City, UT, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at her residence.
Jill was born in Salt Lake City, UT on May 23, 1955, daughter of the late Earl Schirl Olson and Helen Morgan Olson. She was a 1973 graduate of Cottonwood High School and furthered her education at the University of Utah. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service where she worked as a mail sorter. Jill loved being outdoors, especially working in her flower gardens.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, John Walter “Walt” Hartley; daughters: Danielle Teahon of Grand Junction, CO and Cassandra Hartley of Ann Arbor, MI; and four grandchildren.
At Jill’s request, no celebration of life events will be held.
