With profound sorrow, we bid farewell to Jerry Evan Crouch, our cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, on October 28, 2025. He lived a life that perfectly reflected his desires.

A graduate of Davis High School, then served in the U.S. Army, and a graduate of the University of Utah. Jerry pursued a career as a Certified Public Accountant, working independently until his retirement in 1998. His extensive travels around the world were filled with unforgettable experiences, which he eagerly shared with his family & friends upon his return. He embarked on 25 cruises, marveling at the breathtaking city lights that illuminated the world at dusk.

As an author, Jerry found joy in researching and writing about various subjects over the years with many books published. Jerry was active in politics throughout his younger years and enjoyed cross-country skiing and his daily racketball game while working in Ogden. A 17-year-long consecutive attendance at the Cedar City Shakespearean Festival, and daily viewing of romantic comedies were among his cherished pastimes.

Family was paramount to Jerry, and he cherished every gathering, particularly on holidays. The meals were meticulously enjoyed, and he always cleaned his plate.

Jerry is survived by his son, Curtis Jay Crouch, his wife Melanie, his daughter, Karen Crouch Rich, husband Billy. He has two grandsons, Eryk Loren Rich and wife Sasha. Skyler James Crouch and wife Kristen. He has three granddaughters, McKenzie Ann Anderson husband Ryan, Haley Rae McGuire and partner Stan. And Kaitlyn Mary Crouch.

His legacy extends to five great-grandchildren, Bret Mae Anderson, Roper Jay Anderson, Evan Raphael Crouch, Samuel Byron Crouch, and Romi Sophia Rich. He is also survived by his younger sister, Delores Rae Miller, and numerous nephews and nieces, who were all his favorite.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and two sisters. A private family graveside ceremony will be held at a later date.
