John Jolin Obituary

John A. Jolin, 87, Green Bay, passed away, Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Edenbrook Nursing Home. He was born December 27, 1936, in Algoma to the late Lawrence and Genevieve (Wiest) Jolin.
After John graduated from the Sturgeon Bay High School, he entered the U.S. Navy and served in Korea from December 22, 1954, until his honorable discharge, October 25, 1957. He served as a Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class. He continued working in a hospital doing the same thing he did after his discharge from service.
John enjoyed fishing and working on cars and trucks in his spare time.
John is survived by his daughter Debbie (Robert) Wilhelm and his son Daniel (Dawn) Jolin; and 5 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James Jolin.
There will be Military Honors for John on Friday, March 1, 2024, at St. Joseph's Mausoleum on Egg Harbor Road in Sturgeon Bay at 11:00 AM. With entombment in the mausoleum to follow.
