Russell's contributions to both his profession and community will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A visitation will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth on September 18, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. This will be followed by a funeral service on September 19, 2024, at the same location, starting at 1:00 PM.
