Larson, Susan Carol "Sue"
76, passed away after a courageous battle with Leukemia on Saturday, June 4th, 2022, at home in Maple Grove with her husband Dennis by her side. Sue was born November 10th, 1945, in Fargo, ND, to Roy and Alice (Ruther) Morvig. She grew up in Crookston, MN and graduated from Crookston High School and attended Moorhead State College. She lived her adult life in Minnetonka and Maple Grove.
Sue enjoyed baking, making lefsa, playing cards, spending time with family and french toast Sundays.
She married Dennis Larson on May 22nd, 1965. The two were each other's lifelong companions and friends. Preceded in death by father, Roy Morvig; mother, Alice Dale; stepfather, Raymond Dale; brother, Mark Dale; infant twin daughters, Debra and Denise.
Sue is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dennis; sons, Scott (Tari) and Kevin (Amy); grandchildren, Jack, Bailee, Kennedy and Eleanor; siblings, Ray Dale (Sharon), Mary Briggs (Clayton), Greg Dale (Edna), Ronald Dale, Richard Dale (Brenda), Pamela Dale and David Dale (Brenda); and many other relatives and friends.
Service Monday 6/13 AT 2:00pm with visitation 1 hour prior and luncheon to follow at Oak Knoll Lutheran church, 600 Hopkins Crossroad, Minnetonka, MN. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Tuesday 6/14 at 1:00pm Assembly Area #2.
