Timothy Marion Harden Jr.

Timothy Marion Harden, Jr., known as Tim to friends and Timbo to family, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. Tim served as Associate Pastor for Faith Methodist Church for 30+ years. He was also an active Mason with Doric Lodge 732, having been a past Grand Master and sitting on organizational boards. A lifelong pipe aficionado, he owned the Oxford Smoke Shop in the Arcade in the 80's and early 90's. He was a devoted husband and father, brother and uncle to his nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tim Harden, Sr. and Audrey Fishburne Harden; sister, Carroll Harden Gallant; and wife, Lydia Dixon Harden. He is survived by his daughter, Claire Harden; and sister, Terry Moran; and brother, Rick Harden.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023, at Faith Methodist Church, 419 Ezell Pike. Masonic and memorial services will begin at 7:00 p.m. on March 31, 2023. Arrangements provided by Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 615-331-1952.
