Family and friends may call on the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center Street in Manchester, on Monday, September 9th from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with a funeral home service immediately following. Burial with military honors will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in East Hartford.
