Julia,
I just learned of Fleming's passing! I am sooo sad to hear this. In fact, I was just getting ready to contact him to see how you both were doing. Please know how much I admired and cared about him. I know he will be sorely missed. Would love to hear from you.
Love,
Beverly Fergusson

Julia; I enjoyed working with Fleming at the Fifth District Court of Appeal. He was such a wonderful storyteller and conversationalist. We went to lunch many times. He always had a zest for life, and was constantly pursuing new interests, like stock market trading, woodworking, golfing, and photography. I did not see him after he left the court, but I hope he enjoyed his retirement.

I wish I had the opportunity to know you--you sound like a remarkable person. My heart goes out to Julia. I know you will leave a void in her life.
