He was born on Tuesday, November 26, 1957, in Quantico, VA son of Alice Faye Planchard and the late Charles "Steve" Alfred Planchard . Surviving are his wife Charlene Planchard; mother Alice Faye Planchard; 3 sons Bryce Louis Planchard, Jesse Drew Planchard and Christopher Alfred Planchard; daughter, Cynthia Anne Planchard; 2 sisters Stephanie Anne Planchard and Charlotte Louise Planchard; stepmother Rose Planchard; stepbrother, Michael Planchard; 2 half-sisters Cheryl Grant and Pam Grant; 2 half-brothers Damond Grant and Stacie Grant.
