Ray Wireman Obituary
RAY WIREMAN
LIMA — Ray E. Wireman, 84, passed away at 3:27 pm October 16, 2015 at the James Hospital in Columbus.
He was born April 17, 1931 in Hardin County to John and Dona (Allen) Wireman who preceded him in death. On August 6, 1950 he married Mary Jo Bice, his wife of 65 years, who survives in Lima.
He was a farmer and retired from Ex-Cello after 37 1/2 years of service. He was a member of the Waynesfield Baptist Church. Ray was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who adored his family.
Survivors include: 2 Sons, Tom (Sharon) Wireman, and Todd (Jeannie) Wireman; 4 daughters, Pam (Jim) Flanigan, Terri (Kevin) Haver, Paula Rogers, and Penny (Mike) Marshall; 16 Grandchildren; 31 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Lucille Wauben, and Sola Hamilton.
He was preceded in death by: a grandson; 2 Great-Grandsons; 4 Brothers; 5 Sisters.
Friends may call from 2:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES SHAWNEE CHAPEL and from 10:00 am until time of services at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 21 at Waynesfield Baptist Church with Rev. Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Waynesfield Baptist Church.
