Charles Johnson Obituary
1954 - 2017
Charles R. Johnson, 62, died at his residence during the weekend. Graduate of Upper Arlington High School and The Ohio State University. Long time commercial real estate broker and SIOR working with Verizon Wireless, Edwards Communities Development, Carey Falor Realty Partners, Matrix Real Estate Advisors, Target Construction Co. and G.W. Banning Associates. Member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Lillian. Survived by wife Cindy; children Charles and Kelly; brothers Stu (Pat) of Powell, Clarke (Jeannie), of Milwaukee WI, and Dan (Debbie) of Springfield MO. Family will receive friends 3-5pm Thursday, July 27, at the Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Road where there will be a memorial service at 5pm. Contributions may be made in his memory to House of Hope, 825 Dennison Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.Schoedinger.com.

Chuck was a life time friend and we had reconnected on the phone last year. Chuck and I not only went to school together but worked together for a season. Chuck will be truly missed. He was a friend, a patriot and this world will miss him. My prayers for the family. God bless you all.

My deepest sympathies to Cindy and Chuck's family. We certainly go back a long way and Chuck will be missed. However, best to focus on all of the good times and laughs we had in years past.

So sorry for the loss of your beloved Chuck.. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Chuck was a good friend and a real estate mentor to me.. We worked together in Commercial Real Estate and most recently at Verizon Wireless. He was always engaging and it was a pleasure to be in his company.. as he seemed to know everyone in Columbus. He will certainly be missed by all those who knew him.
