I realize this is very late and you may never see it. Jerry roomed with me at the Sigma Nu house at NU in 1956-57. He was a great guy and I really enjoyed our friendship. My sincere condolences.

I send my Sympathy to you all. I am from Grand Island Nebraska too. I lived not far from Jerry, and we went to Wasmer Grade School Barr JR high and GIHS. I lived a block and a half from Wasmer. We graduated at GIHS in 56. All our class it seems , we all knew each other, even with 273 in our class we were a close knit group, went to the reunion in GI this May. Missed seeing a lot of our classmates who couldn't come. Rest in Peace Jerry. One of the good guys.... We are ranchers, in Kansas, now. Isaiah 40;31. Peace.

Jeanette, Todd & Bryan I was sad to hear of Jerry's passing. As our paths crossed only once I do remember it vividly. Especially the hospitality when my wife and I visited your home many years ago.
Jerry's and my relationship goes back a long way, 68 years to be exact. We were best friends during our childhood, adolescence and young adult years. That faded during and after college but the friendship remained all these years.
We went to Wasmer, Barr and GIHS and there's not enough room to list all the experiences we shared. Just know there were many and I hold them dear in my heart.
Jerry was one of the leaders of our high school class and was missed at our class reunion last May.
May God hold you in His loving arms and comfort you at this time.

Mrs. Wagner, Todd, Bryan and families,
Sorry to hear about your loss. I was fortunate to spend quite a bit of time with Mr. Wagner growing up playing baseball, weekly father-son golf outings, and having fun laughing through everything else we did. He has a big place in my heart and in my memories.
My condolences and prays for you and your families.
