Randy and family,
Now that the guest book is closing, I want to comment that I seldom think of Deer Park and education, in general, without thinking of your Dad. I know you miss your parents. I was touched by Kristen's message. How sweet! Those treasured memories gave me a glimpse of things I didn't know, the picture of the man without the suit......I hope you are doing well.

Mary Jo: I remember you and your family. I was your pastor the years I was in Deer Park. The last time I saw Sebron was at HBU where I was teaching Monday classes for the seminary. At present I am in Canada teaching at a seminary near Calgary. I'll be back home in May. My wife died 8 years ago. I know that family and friends are a comfort at this time. I pray that you will have a special awareness of the Lord's presence. No one can comprehend the loneliness that you are facing. The Lord grant you strength and courage for these days.

Mrs. Williams, I am so sorry for your loss. You must know that your husband was one of my favorite people. I was the first to live at 3019 Fern, just after it was purchased and stayed there for the next ten years. He was so good to me while I was in college and when I didn't have a job. I wish I had seen the notice yesterday so I could have come by and visited with you. Please know how much I respected and loved him for who he was and what he did...for everyone. ~paula wohnoutka

Mary Jo and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Dr. Williams was such a kind, happy man and it was my pleasure to have served with him on the board at "Deer Park Bank". He was also a mentor and an inspiration to our daughter, Marty, in earning her degrees in Education. We'll always be grateful to him for that. It is our prayer that God will bless you with peace and strength through the following days and that you take comfort in knowing Sebron is resting in peace.

Mary Jo and Family,
Just as you have tenderly cared for your precious one, now it's time for you to be taken care of. May you find comfort in knowing that you have friends who desire to minister to you in any way that we care.
After such a long time of caring for Sebron, he has gone to Heaven. The pain is gone. Peace is finally here for Sebron, but you are left behind to miss, him, to heal, to look forward to that day of happy reunion. I pray for strength, comfort, and peace for you at this time, and days ahead.
Memories are the legacy of love. When the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Hold on to your memories, and let them guide you during this time of sadness.
Our prayers, love and blessings,
Ronnie and Birdie Selk

Randy-
Your dad was a wonderful man of great insight and compassion. He had a huge influence on my teaching career and I owe him my deepest gratitude. When your dad and I talked at faculty reunions, it was clear that he was very proud of you. I am so sorry for your loss.

My sincerest condolances to the family and especially Mary. I cherished the times that Sebron and Mary came to to the Fitness Center for their swimming. They were so kind and always inquired about my daughters and their activites. RIP Seabron.

Grandfather,
There will never be enough words to describe how much I will miss you, we all will miss you. I have been blessed to have such a compassionate, strong, lovable and funny Grandfather! Please continue to look over me, guide me and push me to the best of my ability. I am so grateful that Madisyn was able to be such a big part of you and Grandmother's life. The smile that you had when she walked in the room will forever be priceless!! Please continue to be her guardian angel and know that there will never be one day, one hour or one minute that goes by that she nor us will not be thinking about you. We will make sure to pass our memories down to her as you did to us. The summers we spent with you, the time at the ranch, our frozen orange slices we shared, the times that I was excited to see you come see me at school, Christmas morning stockings (your favorite) with Christmas music playing in the living room. You were so proud of Marc in the Fire Department. You took so much joy and pride in all of us. You will so deeply be missed by us. Love you always and forever, Marc, Kristen and Madisyn...

Dear Mary Jo and family,
I remember many kindnesses and encouragements of Dr. Williams and still have some of his notes to me. Many years have passed but I kept up with him through HBU friends. He was an important person in education with outreach beyond DPISD. I hope your own memories will sustain you during this time. My best wishes, Pat Deckert

Mary Jo, Randy, Crystal & kids:
Your husband, father and grandfather was not only a favorite brother-in-law, but a dear friend. Not a visit every week kind of friend, but a friend who seemed to always know just when to call to give support and to say just the right things to let me know that I was special and important to him. A friend with whom I could argue and disagree with and still have full confidence of his support and friendship. He was a fine man, an excellent educator, a loving husband & parent and my good friend. We will all miss him.
