Edward Sullivan Obituary
1932 - 2018
Edward James "EJ" Sullivan, DDS, 86, passed away on September 7, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 7, 1932 to the late Percy and Ann Sullivan. Dr. Sullivan was a graduate of the Ohio State University, earning a B.S. from the College of Pharmacy. He later returned to earn a Doctoral of Dental Surgery Degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. "EJ" was a devoted member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the Merry Maker's Club. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Janet Yvonne Grant Sullivan; Dr. Sullivan also leaves to celebrate his life, three children, Kathi S. Burns Jones, Stephen (G.I.) and Alicia Sullivan; grandchildren, Eddie Burns, Kayla Jones, Maya Sullivan; and great grandchildren, Jaeden Burns and Elysia Engendio; sister, Juanita Sullivan; brother-in-law, Neil (Betty) Grant. Family will receive friends from 9-11AM with an Omega service by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and Merry Makers service at 10:30AM followed by funeral service at 11AM on Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 East Livingston Ave., Cols 43232. Rev. Edward Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Please visit www.Schoedinger.com to share a memory of. Dr. Sullivan.
