I met Joe in 1973 when I took a bartending job at Exeter Country Club. Joe was still golfing there when I retired in 2013. Joe was a true gentleman, to say the least. I had the privilege of golfing with Joe and his friends-Ray Turco, Stan Ervanian, and Joe Costa on several occasions. Joe was my idea of "THE MAN." Please accept my sincere condolences upon Joe's passing. May he rest in peace.

I wish to express my condolences to the family of Joe Baffoni. I worked with Joe for many years when he was a Hearing Officer at the Department of Environmental Management. He was always a pleasure to be with and was a true gentleman. He always had time for people and was willing to pass on his sage advice.
