Kathy was a wonderfully warm and welcoming neighbor as my four children and I moved to Shrewsbury for the first time and into the house across the street. She was always smiling and waved as she tended to her flower boxes. She would cheer on my children as they learned to ride their bicycles and celebrated with us the arrival of our new puppy. It won't be the same looking over. Our condolences to all her friends and family.

While a student at Worcester State College I was assigned to Kathy's class to complete my observation hours. It did not take long for me to realize that I was observing one of the best!!!
My sympathy to her family.

Kathy and I were classmates.....SHS class of 1961. We shared a lot of classes and were in some activities together. I have not seen her in a long time but remember her well. Quiet but witty, I did enjoy her.

Kathy was an excellent leader in the music group. Lessons were fun. You couldn't help but learn with her by your side. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and working with her.

I will miss Kathy more than I can put into words. My nick-name for her was "Friday" as in Girl Friday. She had a full time job keeping me organized. When I first came out to Shrewsbury and Auburn, she convinced me that I could teach. So, even in retirement, she was teaching and assisting other organ students.
Through her illness, we never missed a single day or night communicating. Kathy, Tudy and I learned the art of listening as she so needed the voice on the other end.
Her wit, her love of all things Irish, her kindness and her strength will never be forgotten. In recent times she would end our nightly visits by saying, "As I am want to say-snip, snap, snout, my tales' told out." Her tale is told out, , but forever in our hearts. Rest In Peace dear friend. You so deserve it!

Kathy was a wonderful friend. We took organ lessons together years ago in Shrewsbury and it was always an enjoyable time. My prayers and condolences are sent to her family.

Kathy was our "Fearless Leader", my pet name for her for all the times she bested the treasurer in an argument. We loved her spirit and enthusiasm. I helped her teach for a time in the Auburn store and it was a delight.
Tom and I will miss her very much.

We have lost a gracious lady, generous spirit, and a dear friend, who always gave of herself freely. We shall miss her dearly. The L.I.F.E. organ group.
