He is survived by his wife Rachel; daughters, Shyla and Raven Kellems; son, Tristen Montgomery; parents, Brenda Kellems and Doug Kellems; grandparents, Mary Cash, Omer and Dorothy Kellems; sisters, Brittany Kellems and Courtney Moore; brother, Eric Lampkin. Funeral is 12PM Friday at Huber Funeral Home. Visitation is 2-8PM Thursday and 9AM-12PM Friday. www.huberfuneralhome.net
