With Mrs. Pock as our Homeroom teacher at Bethlehem, our mantra became, "It is a pleasure to be in Homeroom 205!" It was, and she made it so. May she Rest In Peace.

She was one of the two or three teachers who changed my life: Her bulletin board full of (mostly) New Yorker cartoons labeled "The more you know, the more you can laugh" was an inspiration to find out more so that you could understand the humor.
