Let me begin with saying there is not a day that comes and goes without me thinking of you. It could be our songs, Musiq Soulchild´s "Dontchange" and "Love," that cause my heart to cry out for you because I miss you.
I can watch a 76er´s game, I smile than I cry. Reminiscing on the times we would attend the games as you explained the game to me. I can be walking down by the river at Penns Landing, thinking about the times we spent together soaking up the sun. I could be driving through Yeadon, thinking about the times we shared together at your home, at the movies or just driving through the town.
It could be anything that reminds me of you: a smell, a place, a movie and the memories we made together that stops me in my tracks with thoughts of I LOVE YOU. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. I WISH YOU WERE HERE.
Because of you Damon, I love differently. I´m afraid to love without reservations or to love completely because I don´t want to lose again. My heart has not beat the same since God called you home, because you were a major part of heart and my life. The love that we shared could never be duplicated or imitated. You were the love of my life, and you will remain the love of my life. As long, as I am here, Our Love will never fade away on this side of the sky.
So, until we meet again my love. Continue to visit me in my dreams. I love when you meet me in my sleep. It feels so real; I hate waking up from my dreams to find you not here, and as your beautiful soul soars through the sky, please continue to watch over us my angel Dame.

Damon its been 22 years since we served together in the air force . You introduced yourself and showed me around the base and introduced me to everyone.Just got back from a retirement ceremony for someone who served with us back then and you came up.The dapper brother with the red acura legend and bike that made everyone feel at ease you will be missed.

Damon,i remember all the fun we had in Supply...and at the Cave. I'm very proud to have been called your friend/coworker in the USAF. Some of the best times overseas. I was glad to hear you had a little girl and you were beginning to make waves in the music business. Now that's something to be proud of. So in this closure i will cherish the good times. Damon, I can't believe you are gone! Upon hearing of your passing, I tossed and turned all night without peace in my heart. The next morning I was in my kitchen and noticed a brown dove outside on the window sill. I have no idea where it came from or why it was there. It sat for a while without fear of my presence. After some research, I discovered that brown doves represent the Holy Spirit & peace. I instantly cried because I knew this meant that God had it under control, your soul was at peace, and now so am I. So rest on and I will see you in heaven!
